Grain export quotas imposition in Ukraine not to effect Russia

Grain export quotas imposition in Ukraine will not effect at Russia, stated Arkadiy Zlochevskiy, the President of the Russian Grain Union.
During the current political process, the Russian Government will come to agreement with Ukraine in any case, in order to provide the necessary supplies, announced A.Zlochevskiy.
By the way, according to him, Ukraine mainly quoted wheat exports, but Russia is first of all interested in Ukrainian maize. Russian market does not need wheat, due to the sufficient volumes of the grain, stated A.Zlochevskiy.
Maize purchasing was not planned centrally, but at the commercial channels, added the President of the Union. According to his opinion, the possibility of maize exports from Ukraine will be, even despite the quotas conditions, stated the Head of the Russian Grain Union.
He also noted that Ukraine during the long time applies the mechanisms of imposition of grain export quotas, the country worked out the mechanism. It is limitation, but it is not total, as in the Russian Federation in the current year, noted A.Zlochevskiy.
