EU's Final Anti-Dumping/Circumvention on China's Plastic Bags

On May 18, 2011, the EU made its final ruling of anti-dumping and anti-circumvention on plastic bags originating in China and Thailand, imposing anti-dumping duty of 28.8% on China's Xiamen Xingxia Polymers Co., Ltd. by canceling the 8.4% anti-dumping duty levied on it.
The involved products are under the EU HS Codes ex39232100, ex39232910, and ex39232990.
