EU Quits Anti-dumping on Plastic Bags from China & Thailand

On July 13, 2012, The EU announced that it has decided to cancel its antidumping (AD) measures on plastic bags made in China and Thailand and terminate its midterm review on Chinese plastic bags, which are under EU consolidated HS Codes ex39232100, ex39232910, and ex39232990.
In September 2010, the EU started the midterm-review probe into the Chinese products, and in September 2011, it started its sunset review on both the Chinese and Thai products.
