EU Puts Separate Duty Rate on One More China's High-Tenacity Polyester Yarn Enterprise

On September 9, 2011, the EU released a notice that it decided to give the treatment of new exporter to China's Jiangsu Hengli Chemical Fibre Co., Ltd. , with a separate duty rate 5.3% on it.
Jiangsu Hengli Chemical Fibre Co., Ltd and Amann Twisting Yancheng Co., Ltd. both applied for the treatment, but the EU rejected the application of Amann Twisting Yancheng Co., Ltd.
In September 2009, the EU launched the anti-dumping investigation into China's high-tenacity polyester yarn; and in December 2010, the EU made an affirmative final ruling.
