EU Cancels Anti-dumping Midterm Review on Chinese Tartaric Acid

On June 5, 2012, the European Commission announced canceling its midterm review of antidumping (AD) on Chinese tartaric acid (HS Code 29181200) made by Hangzhou Bioking Biochemical Engineering Co., Ltd. because the complainant revoked its review petition on February 4, 2012.
Therefore, the EU will continue to put no antidumping duty on China's Hangzhou Bioking Biochemical Engineering Co.
In July 2011, the EU instituted the antidumping midterm review solely on the Chinese company.
