EU Anti-Dumping Investigation into China's Aluminum Radiators

On August 12, 2011, at the request of the International Association of Aluminum Radiator Manufacturers Limited Liability Consortium, the European Commission launched an anti-dumping investigation into China-made aluminum radiators.
Involved products are under EU combined HS Codes of ex76169910, ex76151910, ex76151990 and ex76169990.
The dumping investigation was spanned from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011. For this case, the EU preliminarily selected Russia as a substitute for calculating the normal value of China's products.
