EU Anti-Circumvention Ruling on Glass Fiber Latticed Fabrics from China

On July 24, 2012, the EU made an anti-circumvention final ruling on glass fiber latticed fabrics made in China: levy a 62.9% anti-circumvention duty on the fabrics imported from Malaysia, regardless of whether or not they are marked with origin in Malaysia.
The products are under EU consolidated HS Codes ex7019 51 00 and ex7019 59 00.
In November 2011, the EU started the anti-circumvention probe on those Chinese products.
