Complaint by the Tunisia

 

On 5 July 2018, Tunisia requested consultations with Morocco concerning provisional anti-dumping duties imposed by Morocco on imports of school exercise books from Tunisia.

 

Tunisia claimed that the measures appear to be inconsistent with:

 

- Articles 1, 2.1, 2.2.1.1, 2.2.2, 2.4, 3.1, 3.2, 3.4, 3.5, 4.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.8, 5.10, 6.1, 6.2, 6.4, 6.5, 6.5.1, 7.1, 9, 12.2 and 12.2.2 of the Anti-Dumping Agreement.
