The US' complaint against Chinese anti-dumping duties on US-made grain-oriented flat-rolled electrical steel (GOES) is heading to the World Trade Organization's (WTO) Dispute Settlement Body.

The case involves Chinese anti-dumping duties on GOES produced by Ohio-based AK Steel Corporation and Pennsylvania-based Allegheny Ludlum.

The US accuses China of unfairly placing duties on the steel in April 2010, and that China did not have enough evidence to impose the duties in the first place.
