China urges WTO to review panel report over US's high end electrical steel product.

It is reported Chinese Ministry of Commerce has appealed WTO’s panel finding it has been unfairly imposing tariffs on grain-oriented flat-rolled electrical steel.
The WTO’s panel report that issued in June was failed to interpret properly relevant regulations. China asks a WTO appellate body to review the report.
The US complained in 2010 challenged Chinese tariffs on the mentioned high end product that made by USA. China says it imposed the tariffs because USA’s “Buy American” provisions and subsidy by state government.
If the WTO panel report remains unchallenged, it would become a ruling or recommendation within 60 days, the appellate body can uphold, modify or reserve the conclusion of the report.
