China begins anti-dumping probe into EU potato flour

BEIJING, April 19 (Reuters) - China has launched a one-year anti-dumping investigation into potato flour from Europe, the Ministry of Commerce said on Monday.
The announcement immediately follows Europe opening an anti-subsidy investigation against Chinese-made coated paper, which the ministry said was the first such investigation.
