Canada Slaps Preliminary AD Duties on Steel Grating Plate from China

Canada Board Service Agency made preliminary decision to impose anti dumping duties on steel grating plates originated from China, ruling two China responding enterprises' dumping rates of 20% and 19% with the subsidies of 6% and 14% respectively while the un responding enterprises obtained dumping rate of 91%, subsidies for 129%.
The above decision is likely take effect immediately on December 22 2010.
On September 20 this year, CBSA has put forward anti dumping investigations on China made steel grating plate, covering the carbon steel, ferrous alloy steel, stainless steel grating steel products etc which imported or originated from China with the involved capitals of USD 7810 in total.
