Canada Keeps Two-Anti Duties on China Aluminum Profiles

On November 15, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced an interim-review final ruling that maintains its previous antidumping and anti-subsidy duties on aluminum profiles from China.
On August 18, 2008, Canada Border Services Agency started antidumping and anti-subsidy probes on China aluminum profiles under HS Codes 76042100.10, 76042100.20, 76042911.10, 76042911.90, 76042912.11, 76042912.19, 76042912.21, 76042912.22, 76042912.23, 76042912.24, 76042912.29, 76042920.11, 76042920.19, 76042920.21, 76042920.29, 76042920.30 and 76082000.90;
On February 16, 2009, the Agency finally ruled the Chinese dumping margins at 1.7%-101% and subsidy rates at CNY 2.59-15.84/kg.
