Canada Adopts Anti-Dumping & Anti-Subsidy Final Rulings on Steel Grating from China

On March 21, 2011, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made anti-dumping and anti-subsidy final ruling on steel grating originating in China (shown in the following table).
On September 20, 2010, the CBSA issued an Announcement, deciding to conduct anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation into steel grating originating in or imported from China as appealed by Fisher & Ludlow. The HS Codes of products in question are 73089090.10, 73089090.20, 73089090.30, 73089090.40, 73089090.50, 73089090.60, 73089090.91, 73089090.92, 73089090.93, 73089090.94, 73089090.95, 73089090.96, and 73089090.99.
On December 20, 2010, the CBSA made preliminary ruling on this case, determining the dumping margin of relevant Chinese enterprises at 20%~90%, and the subsidy rates at 6%~129%.
