Brazil Starts Anti-Dumping Probe into China Stainless Steel Tableware

The Brazilian DevelopmentProtection Bureau of Ministry of Industry and Foreign Trade give public noticeto have initiated an investigation of antidumping on stainless steel tablewareorigin from China on June 13th 2011.
The commission found that salesof the subject merchandise have been harm local market and producers ‘profit.After assessment, the council confirms that the application meets the filingconditions. The tariff number of the concerned products in Mercosur is82111000, 82119100, 82152000 and 82159910.
As learnt, Argentina alsoinitiates antidumping sunset review on ball bearing from China and decidesantidumping duty on China's electric fan with levy range of 136.92% for thecontinuation of 5 years.
