On July 5, 2012, Australia made a final ruling for antidumping and anti-subsidy on the aluminum cartwheels made in China under HS Codes 8708.70.91/78, 8708.70.99/80, 8716.90.00/39.
In November 2011, Australia started the double-anti investigation.
