Argentina Probes China Phenolic Plywood, Tile Bands and Oil-Immersed 3-Phase Transformers Dumping

On January 2, 2013, Argentina's economy ministry issued the No.185 Resolution of 2012, deciding to start an anti-dumping investigation into 10,000KW-600,000KW oil-immersed three-phase transformers from China and South Korea under Mercosur HS Code 8504.23.00.
According to the Argentine announcement, the relevant interested parties can submit comments and opinions on Argentine selecting South Korea as the substitution for China within 10 workdays from January 3, 2013.
Furthermore, on January 2, 2013, Argentina's economy ministry issued the No.186 Resolution of 2012, deciding to start anti-dumping investigation into ceramics, marbles and glass ceramic tile band courses from China, Brazil and Spain, under Mercosur HS Codes 6802.10.00, 6802.91.00, 6907.10.00, 6907.90.00, 6908.10.00, 6908.90.00, 7016.10.00, 7016.90.00.
According to the Argentine announcement, the relevant interested parties can submit comments and opinions on Argentina selecting Spain as the substitution of market economy within 10 workdays from January 3, 2013.
In addition, on January 2, 2013, Argentina's economy ministry issued the No.187 Resolution of 2012, deciding to start an anti-dumping investigation on phenolic plywood from China, Brazil and Uruguay under Mercosur HS Code 4412.32.00.
According to the Argentine announcement, the relevant interested parties can submit comments and opinions on Argentina selecting Brazil as the substitution of market economy within 10 workdays from January 3, 2013.
