On March 16, 2011, the Government of Argentina initiated an antidumping investigation on certain type of gas compressors (other than air) from Brazil.
This investigation was requested by the Argentinean enterprise VMC Refrigeración S.A.
The product subject to investigation is classified under the following items of MERCOSUR Harmonized System: 8414.80.32 and 8414.30.99.
