Argentina - Anti-dumping measures on acrylic fiber yarns

The Government of Argentina -by means of Resolution 156/2010- has accepted a voluntary rates commitment proposed by the Brazilian firm Paramount Texteis Indústria e Comércio S.A., in the dumping investigation on imports of acrylic fiber yarns (N.C.M.5509.31.00 and 5509.32.00) from Indonesia and Brazil. The accepted rates commitment established a minimum FOB price of U$S 5.80/Kg for N.C.M.5509.31.00 products, and a minimum FOB price of U$S 6.20/Kg for N.C.M.5509.32.00 products. This measure will be valid until September 25, 2014.
