Subject: Antidumping investigations involving imports of Acetone originating in or exported from Japan and Thailand.
Attention is invited to Preliminary Findings Notification NO. 14/31/2009-DGAD: dated 16th February, 2010 on the above noted subject. In partial modification thereof, following corrections are made in the duty table under Para 67 of the said notification.
'In Col 5 under Serial No. 4, 5 and 6 of the duty table, the name of the Country mentioned as “Singapore” may be substituted by “Thailand”
