2. Product Under Investigation: Yarn (made predominantly of viscose fibers) which may or may not contain fibers of other nature.

3. Product Classification: HTS/NCM numbers 5509.51.00, 5510.11.00, 5510.12.00, 5510.20.00, 5510.30.00, 5510.90.00, and 5511.30.00.

4. Period of Investigation for Dumping Analysis: April 2010 to March 2011.

5. Current Import Duty Applied: 18%.

6. Alleged Dumping Margin: 54.4% for Vietnam (41.1% for Turkey)
