Wind tower - Australia investigates anti-dumping measures

On June 8, 2017, Australian Anti-Dumping Commission initiated an anti-dumping duty investigation of wind tower imported from Vietnam.

Relevant information:

1. Investigation initation date:  June 8, 2017.

2. Petitioner: Keppel Prince Engineering, Ottoway Fabrication.

3. Product under investigation: Wind tower, HS code: 7308.20.00, 7308.90.00, 8502.31.10.

4. Final determinations:
On 2 June 2018, the ADC issued its decition to termintate anti-dumping duty investigation of wind tower imported from Vietnam. There was no tariff imposed.
