Welded Steel Pipes and tubes– Thailand investigates anti-dumping measures

On August 22, 2018, Thailand’s Department of Foreign Trade announced the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on Welded Steel Pipes and tubes imported or originating from Vietnam.

2. Petitioner: Cotcometalworks Co., Ltd, Thai Metal (TMT) Co., Ltd, Pacific Pipe (PAP) Co., Ltd, Asia Metal (AMC) Co., Ltd, THAI KOON STEEL CO., LTD.
3. Petitioner’sallegation: The petitioner alleged that subject merchandise from the alleged countries are being imported into Malaysia at a price lower than the selling price in their respective domestic markets, causing material injury to the domestic industry.
