Welded stainless steel pipes - Turkey investigates anti-dumping measures

On June 25, 2020, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam received information from the Vietnam Trade Office in Turkey that on June 24, 2020, the Turkish Ministry of Trade (Investigation Agency) had initiated the anti-dumping investigation of stainless welded steel pipes originating from Vietnam.

3. Investigated items: Stainless welded steel pipes Investigated products are classified according to the following HS code: 7306.40.20.90.00; 7306.40.80.90.00; 7306.61.10.00.00. The classification according to the HS code is for reference only, the investigation agency can expand the product's scope during the investigation.

4. Deadline for submission of the Answer to Investigation Question: 37 days from the date of the notice of initiation of the investigation (ie from 24 June 2020).
