07/12/2022 08:32
According to the preliminary result of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) preliminarily determined that South Korea’s Husteel Co., Ltd. (Husteel) sold its circular welded non-alloy steel pipe at prices lower than normal value, while Nexteel Co., Ltd. (Nexteel) didn’t make sales of subject products at prices below normal value during the period of review from November 1, 2020 to October 31, 2021.
As a result, the weighted-average dumping margin for Husteel and other respondents was set at 13.72%, and Nexteel was assigned a de minimis duty rate of 0%.
This determination was applicable from December 5, 2022.
