U.S. Antidumping Duty on China Woven Bags

On March 29, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced its administrative final ruling that the general duty rate of 91.73% should be imposed on Zibo Aifudi Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. from China regarding composite woven bags.
On July 25, 2007, the Department started an anti-subsidy probe on China woven bags under HS Codes 63053300.50 and 63053300.80.
On September 26, 2012, the Department started its 3rd antidumping administrative review on the case.
