U.S. Admin Ruling on China Steel Threaded Rods Dumping

On November 5, U.S. Commerce Department announced its antidumping administrative final ruling on the steel threaded rods from China:
Jiaxing Brother Standard Part Co., Ltd., IFI & Morgan Ltd. and RMB Fasteners Ltd. took the dumping margin of 19.54%;
Zhejiang New Oriental Fastener Co., Ltd. took the dumping margin of 19.54%.
On May 29, 2012, the Commerce Department started its third administrative review on the case for the period of April 2011-March 2012.
On April 9, 2013, the Department ruled that the aforesaid companies took 20.05% dumping margin.
The products are under HS Codes 7318.15.5050, 7318.15.5090, 7318.15.2095.
