Ukraine introduces antidumping duties on imports of salt and extra class of incandescent lamps from Belarus.
About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of economic development and trade.
Commission on international trade adopted a decision on anti-dumping duty on level 11, and 85% for exporters of salt from Belarus for 5 years.
At the same time, the tax does not apply to the Belarusian manufacturer of salt”, Mozyrsol”, which proposed to set minimum export prices to Ukraine. A complaint about dumping to the Commission was filed by the Ukrainian company “RUSAL-Ukraine”.
The Commission has also established an anti-dumping duty in the amount of 17.73% on the import of Belarusian incandescent lamps of General purpose capacity not exceeding 200 W and a voltage exceeding 100 watts.
The only lamp manufacturer in Belarus “Brest electric plant”, proposed to revise the price, however, the proposed minimum price of the plant is insufficient to eliminate dumping. The initiator of this investigation were made by Lviv lamp plant Iskra.
Recall, the Ministry of Antimonopoly regulation and Commerce of Belarus has decided to increase by 7.6% tariffs for transportation of oil.
The new prices will come into force on 1 February 2019.
