To draw up the Project on net of claiming and asking and answering about WTO

The Vice Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem has just assigned Ministry of Industry to chair and cooperate with relating organs to draw up the Project on the functions, duties, organizational structure and operating mechanism of the net of claiming and asking and answering about WTO.
According to the official dispatch talking about the Vice Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem’s ideas on the duty of making it transparent and claiming in WTO of the Governmental Office, while waiting for the completion of this net, relating Ministries and organs are responsible for sending information to the Ministry of Industry to synthesize and inform to the WTO Board of Secretary in accordance with the commitment. The Agreement on Technical Barriers in Trade (TBT) and Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) in particular has been approved under the regulations.
The Project needs to be submitted to the Prime Minister to study and decide before October 15th.
