South Africa Provisional AD Duty on China Frameless Mirrors
27/03/2013 12:00
On February 21, 2013, South Africa's International Trade Committee made an anti-dumping (AD) initial ruling on frameless mirrors from China, confirming the dumping of such products from China and their consequent material injury to domestic industries in South Africa.
Therefore, the Committee has decided to levy a provisional anti-dumping duty of 40.22% on such China frameless mirrors under HS Code 7009.91.
For this case, no enterprise from China made response.
In November 2012, South Africa initiated the anti-dumping probe on the frameless mirrors (2mm<thickness<6mm) from China.
