SteelOrbis - The government of the Russian Federation has charged Russia's Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Foreign Affairs to negotiate with the Ukrainian side on the settlement of the duty-free supply of certain types of steel pipes up to a certain quota from Ukraine.
