Russia pushes up its development of growing aquatic products

News from Russia Ministry of Agriculture reveals that in the first six months of 2007, its industry of growing aquatic products has been helped 1.1 billion rubles (equal to 39.2 million US dollars) in form of loan according to the project for agricultural development lasting for 8 years. At the moment, there are more than 51 regions and areas in Russia growing aquatic products for trade.
The loan is spent mostly on infrastructure building, enhancing and modernizing farms, and buying breeding animals.
The Russian Minister of Agriculture reveals that this country is now particularly concentrating on the development of growing aquatic products of the whole industry. As a result, the government intends to lend out 120 million rubles (equal to 4.66 million US dollars) more to develop aquatic product growing in 2007.
