Receiving dossiers for review of anti-dumping duties on monosodium glutamate from Indonesia and China

The Trade Remedies Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade) announced that it has received a request to review the application of anti-dumping measures against certain monosodium glutamate products originating from Indonesia and China.
Previously, on July 2, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1914/QD-BCT on the results of the final review of the application of anti-dumping measures against certain monosodium glutamate products imported from Indonesia and China.
Pursuant to Article 51 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP, the Trade Remedies Department (Investigating Authority) announces the acceptance of review applications at the request of interested parties regarding the application of anti-dumping duties on monosodium glutamate products originating from Indonesia and China.
Accordingly, the relevant parties as stipulated in Article 56 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP have the right to submit a request for review. The request for review must include all the information and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 57 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP.
The deadline for the investigating agency to receive the documents is June 12, 2026.
