This was the anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigation initiated by The United States on April 21, 2009.
On August 31, 2009 The US Department of Commerce announced to impose provisional countervailing duty ranging from 0.20% to 4.24%.
On March 26, 2010 The US Departmet of Commerce announced its affirmative final determination on the final coutervailing subsidy rates, as follows:
Advance Polybag: 52,56%
Chin Sheng Company, Ltd: 0.44% (de minimis)
Fotai Vietnam Enterprise Corp.: 5.28%
All Others: 5.28%
On April 15, 2010 The US International Trade Commission determined that a U.S. industry is threatened with material injury by the subsidized and dumping imports from Vietnam
