Law on Foreign Trade Management

Law on Foreign Trade Management No. 05/2017/QH14, approved by the XIV National Assembly, 3rd session on June 12, 2017 and took effect from January 1, 2018, stipulates measures to manage foreign trade and develop foreign trade activities.
The Law on Foreign Trade Management includes 8 Chapters and 113 Articles, specifically as follows:
- Chapter I - General Provisions.
- Chapter II - Administrative measures.
- Chapter III - Technical and quarantine measures.
- Chapter IV - Trade remedies.
- Chapter V - Emergency control measures in foreign trade activities.
- Chapter VI - Measures to develop foreign trade activities.
- Chapter VII - Settlement of disputes over the application of measures to manage foreign trade.
- Chapter VIII – Terms of implementation.
