- Subsidy investigation period: 2022

- Injury investigation period: from 2020 to the first half of 2023

 

4. Petitioner: American Shrimp Processors Association (ASPA)

 

5. Preliminary Conclusion:

 

On April 1, 2024, USDOC concluded that there was a subsidy, subsidy range: 2.84%-196.41%
