EU Anti-Circumvention on China Glass Mesh Grid Fabrics

On April 10, the EU started an anti-circumvention probe into glass mesh-grid fabrics made in China but re-exported from India and Indonesia under EU HS codes ex70195100 and ex70195900.
In August 2011, the EU made its affirmative antidumping ruling on the China-made fabrics; up to now, the EU has made two anti-circumvention rulings on this case, with anti-circumvention duties imposed on the products transited via Malaysia, Chinese Taiwan, and Thailand.
