This was an anti-dumping duty investigation of Elastomeric Filament Yarn imported from China PR, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam on January 27, 2016 (14/29/2015- DGAD).

2. Product under investigation: Elastomeric Filament Yarn.

3. Product Classification: HS number: 5404 11 00 (include 5402 44 00 and 5402 60 90).

4. Period of investigation: 01/10/2014 – 30/9/2015 (For injury analysis: April 1, 2011 - March 31, 2015 and period of investigation).
