China adjusts upwards duties on S Korean polysilicon

China has decided to adjust the anti-dumping duties for imports of solar-grade polysilicon from South Korea, China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) announced on Tuesday.
The new rates range from 4.4% to 113.8% and will come into effect on November 22.
At the start of 2014 China presented final anti-dumping duties for five years on imports of the raw material from South Korea and the US. The rates for the eastern neighbour were set at between 2.4% and 48.7%.
The adjustment of the duties for South Korea follows investigation, triggered by an application in February 2016 by several domestic producers.
