On September 30, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal made an interim-review ruling that the Canadian antidumping measures on the bikes from China and Chinese Taiwan are no longer needed and therefore the antidumping duty orders should be revoked as per Canadian special import law.
Accordingly, from September 30 on, Canada Border Services Agency will no longer levy antidumping duties on the Chinese bikes.
On August 8, the International Trade Tribunal announced starting the interim review to decide whether to cancel the antidumping measures.
