Canada Rules Injury by Import Hot-Rolled Steel Plates

On November 4, Canadian International Trade Tribunal ruled that a Canadian domestic industry was injured or threatened of injury by the hot-rolled steel plates from Brazil, Chinese Taiwan, Denmark, Indonesia, Italy, Japan and South Korea.
Accordingly, Canada Border Services Agency will go on with the antidumping probe into the involved and give a preliminary ruling on December 4.
