Canada Not to Take Anti-dumping Midterm Review on China Bicycles

On March 27, 2013, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal decided not to take anti-dumping (AD) midterm review on bicycles and bike frames from China and Chinese Taiwan, which instituted by Outdoor Gear Canada and Trek Bicycle Corporation, as it was unnecessary to make the application for midterm review on anti-dumping sunset review issued on December 7, 2012.
On May 15, 1992, the Canadian Border Service Agency initiated anti-dumping investigation under HS Codes 87120000.12, 87120000.20, 87120000.30, 87120000.40, 87120000.50 and 87120000.90. On December 11, 1992, the Canadian Border Service Agency made anti-dumping final ruling on this case.
