Brazil Probes China Liquid Epoxy Resins Dumping

On January 3, 2013, Brazil Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade announced that it has decided to start an anti-dumping investigation into liquid epoxy resins from China under Mercosur HS Codes 39073011, 39073019, 39073021, 39073022 and 39073029.

Brazil plans to calculate the normal value of the Chinese products by referring to those from Chinese Taiwan. Brazil will select the enterprises of larger export quantity to issue questionnaire. The relevant interested parties can apply for participating in the probe within 20 days from the issuing date. The involved enterprises should finish and submit the questionnaire within 40 days.
