The European Union (EU) is one of Vietnam's key export markets, but it is also the region that has applied the most trade remedy measures to Vietnamese goods so far. Therefore, any change in the trade remedies policies, laws or practices of this region has a direct impact on our exports. Some recent moves show that the EU is likely to make significant changes in regulations and practices of applying anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures to goods imported from abroad. Below are specific analyzes of this trend as well as notes for Vietnamese export enterprises and associations.
