- Copyright and Related rights: what works are protected? What are the conditions of protection? What are the types and scope of exclusive rights? How to enforce copyright and related rights? How to fight piracy?
Beneficiaries:
The workshop will benefit a maximum of 30 participants from the following: private sector lawyers, (law firms and companies), public sector lawyers (from the relevant ministries and institutions), judges, officials from the customs and the police authorities (involved in curbing piracy), academics, diplomats.
Participation is free of charge, but attendance is mandatory for the entire duration of the Training Course
