Abstract
This report represents the eighteenth annual report to Congress and, as such, describes the U.S. government’s activities and key actions taken during 2012 to identify, monitor, and address trade-distorting foreign government subsidies. The U.S. government’s subsidies enforcement program is an integral part of meeting the challenge of ensuring that American companies and workers benefit from an open and competitive trading environment that is unencumbered by harmful, trade-distorting government subsidies.
