Polyester staple fibres (PSF) – EU investigates anti-subsidy measures

On December 19, 2013, the European Commission (EC) officially announced the initiation of an anti-subsidy investigation on polyester staple fibres (PSF) imported from China, India and Vietnam.

2. Goods under investigation: Polyester staple fibres (PSF) – HS Code: 5503 20 00
On December 16, 2014, the European Commission (EC) issued a decision to terminate the investigation due to Vietnam's subsidy margin below the minimum level (de minimis <2%).
