US: Anti-Dumping/Countervailing investigation of stainless steel sinks from China
On March 1, 2012 the Elkay Manufacturing Company filed a joint antidumping and countervailing duty petition against stainless steel sinks imported from China.
The first step in this investigation will be the preliminary injury determination by the U.S. International Trade Commission, which has scheduled a vote for April 13, 2012.
