Export – Import license must be disclosed

On May 31st Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung signed Decree No. 90/2007-NÐ-CP on exporting and importing rights of foreign businesspeople who do not have representatives in Vietnam.
In which in 30 days (from the date receive the valid application), Ministry of Trade or authorized agencies are responsible for granting Certificate of exporting and importing registration to foreign businesspeople. In case the application is invalid, businesspeople will receive the notice to add necessary documents or redo the application within 10 days. Certificate of exporting and importing registration is expired in 5 years.
Additionally, after receiving the Certificate, within 5 days foreign businesspeople must disclose content written in the Certificate.
The disclosure must be in 3 continuous episodes on mass media or in national press.
