Experience after 5 years joining WTO of China

On May 31st a seminar on “Survey result in the first five years after joining World Trade Organization (WTO) of China and lessons for Vietnam” was taken place in Economy Institute of Ho Chi Minh City.
Presentations of speakers from the Office of Government, Ministry of Finance and Vietnam Social Scientific Institute showed that it is a long way for Vietnam to carry out its WTO commitments into reality and boost its economy as China did in the last five years.
One of the remarkable points in China’s management that Vietnam studying and researching mission has experienced is that China government has maintained centralization mechanism, promoted reform through realizing its WTO commitments.
Moreover, practice has point out that Chinese opinion about WTO in the last five years has changed positively. This is one of the reasons that lead China to success.
